Full dentures in Leander

At some point the question changes. It stops being whether you can save this tooth and becomes whether it is time to plan the whole arch. That is not a failure, and it is usually a relief once people let themselves consider it. A full denture closes the loop. Instead of budgeting for the next surprise, you have one plan, one timeline, and a set of teeth that is not going to crack on you next winter. We will look at your X-rays honestly and tell you where you actually are, because plenty of people come in sure they need everything out and leave with a smaller plan, sometimes a partial denture that keeps the healthy teeth they still have.
