Most adult cases run 6 to 18 months. Express cases, like minor crowding or pre-veneer alignment, can finish in 3 to 4 months. Comprehensive cases with complex bites or a full reset can run 18 months or more. You’ll know roughly how many trays and how many months before you spend a dollar.
Adults lead at this studio, but the Hill Country side of town still sends us plenty of teenagers. We start as young as 12, once the adult teeth are in. Invisalign Teen carries compliance indicators, the small blue dots that fade with wear so you can tell whether 22 hours a day is actually happening, plus eruption tabs that leave room for teeth still coming in. Replacement trays are built into the plan. For families zoned to Oak Hill and Patton Elementary and on up the Bowie feeder, it’s orthodontics that survives practice schedules and school photos alike.
